Scott Olexovitch and Ed Kochiss are the heart of SCED's Heating and Cooling, serving residents and businesses from Greenwich to Madison, Danbury to Waterbury. Located in Milford, SCED's serves a diverse clientele within a 90-mile radius.
"We specialize in air-conditioning and heating," Scott states, "and although we are known mostly as a service-oriented company, we have expanded over the years into renovation work and heating, air conditioning system installations. and high efficiency heating and hot water systems."
Ed adds that they have helped their customers save money with more cost-efficient heating systems. "Not only do our customers save on fuel bills, but they also are helping the environment," he said. Recently, he explained, SCED's replaced a boiler operating at 70 percent efficiency with one running at 95 percent efficiency, the industry's highest rating. "Our goal is to give our clients the newest and best equipment and make them ecstatic that they used us."
